Shiitake Pork

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and cut the top with a knife.

Wash the three-threaded meat, put it in the water with ginger onion and cooking wine, let it cool, and cut it into lumps.

Reduce the oil, pour the meat tuo and stir-fry until slightly charred and remove;

Add sugar to a small fire and smelt into juice;

Pour the meat tuo and stir-fry evenly, add braised soy sauce, shiitake mushrooms, Chinese pepper, dried sea pepper, mix well and add water;

Bring to a boil and pour it into the pressure cooker;
7.
Press for 15 minutes, then pour the pressure into a wok and burn on high heat;
8.
When spitting out the oil, shovel it out and sprinkle onion.
