Shiitake Shrimp Rice

1. Prepare all the materials. Soak the shrimp and shiitake mushrooms for 30 minutes in advance. Dice three layers of meat, and shred carrots.

2. Put the three-layer meat in a frying pan and stir fry to get the oil.

3. Soak and wash the rice in advance.

4. After the three layers of meat are fried out of oil, add garlic cloves and fry them to create a fragrance.
