Shiitake Shrimp Rice

Prepare all the materials. Soak the shrimp and shiitake mushrooms for 30 minutes in advance. Dice three layers of meat, and shred carrots.

Put the three-layer meat in a frying pan and stir fry to get the oil.

Soak and wash the rice in advance.

After the three layers of meat are fried out of oil, add garlic cloves and fry them to create a fragrance.

Pour in the shrimps that have been soaked and rinsed in advance to drain the water. Stir fry for a while.

Pour in shiitake mushrooms and carrots and stir fry.

Add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce to stir fry for freshness.

Pour all the fried things into an electric pressure cooker with washed rice.
9.
Add about 1 CMM of fresh water without any ingredients.
10.
Press the cooking button on the electric pressure cooker. After 12 minutes, the rice will be cooked automatically. After exhausting, add proper amount of chicken essence and chopped green onion to taste.
