Shimizu Tofu

Prepare the ingredients, a piece of brine tofu, 5 cloves of garlic, 3 shallots, and 3 coriander, wash and set aside

Cook the tofu in a pot under cold water for 10 minutes

When cooking the tofu, mince the chives, garlic, and coriander in a bowl

Add 4 tablespoons of very fresh, 0.5 tablespoons of sesame oil and stir evenly to make a sauce

The tofu is boiled and made into a sauce and you can enjoy it
Tips:
Don’t cook the tofu for too short. It must be fully cooked to stimulate the aroma, especially the old tofu that was just made in the pot when you were a child.
