1. Prepare the ingredients, a piece of brine tofu, 5 cloves of garlic, 3 shallots, and 3 coriander, wash and set aside
2. Cook the tofu in a pot under cold water for 10 minutes
3. When cooking the tofu, mince the chives, garlic, and coriander in a bowl
4. Add 4 tablespoons of very fresh, 0.5 tablespoons of sesame oil and stir evenly to make a sauce
5. The tofu is boiled and made into a sauce and you can enjoy it
Don’t cook the tofu for too short. It must be fully cooked to stimulate the aroma, especially the old tofu that was just made in the pot when you were a child.
