Shortbread Desserts

Add sugar to the egg white, stir evenly, just make a small white bubble with a manual whisk, no need to beat!

Pour the sunflower oil into the beaten egg whites, stir well, then pour in the sesame seeds and low-gluten flour, and stir to form a paste

Use a small spoon to scoop it onto a baking sheet lined with greased paper, spread it evenly with a spoon, remember not to be too thick, otherwise it will not be crispy!

Put it in the oven and heat it up and down at 165 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Be sure to observe the color in the last few minutes. The temper of each oven is different, so avoid baking!
Tips:
1. Grease paper and tin foil on the baking tray can be used, but I personally think that the tin foil is easy to stick!
2. Be sure to observe the last few minutes during the oven, and bake until cooked and desired color!
