It's not very similar the first time I made it. It would be better if the noodles were harder, too soft.

Shoutao Mantou

1. Make the noodles twice as big, and knead to exhaust.

2. Divide into 9 doses to wake up for 10 minutes

3. Wrap the bean paste into a columnar shape

4. Press with the back of the knife

5. Apply red yeast powder with a brush

6. Put the quinone in the pot for 10 minutes

7. Steam for 15 minutes and simmer for 3 minutes

8. Shou Tao is ready

9. Xuan soft and sweet
