Shredded Cabbage

Wash the cabbage, tear it into pieces by hand, change the millet pepper and garlic clove with a knife, and set aside.

Put the lard in a hot pan.

Stir fragrant garlic and millet pepper over low heat.

Add the cabbage and stir-fry evenly over high heat.
5.
Add salt and continue to stir fry.

Stir everything until soft and ready to serve. (I like to eat the original flavor without using too much seasoning)
