Home cooking, super simple. Just like the taste, it doesn't matter whether you add meat or not, you like its casual simplicity. The cabbage is torn at hand and fried in the pan. It is crispy, sweet, sour, or spicy. You can adjust it by hand if you want to taste it. It's beautiful. Do you think there is any standard practice for this dish, well, to me, it doesn’t matter, the best is the family’s favorite.

Shredded Cabbage

1. Material drawing. Wash the cabbage and pour water

2. Bacon, green onion, ginger, garlic are all changed to knife

3. Wash the cabbage and tear it into pieces by hand

4. Pour oil in the wok, fry the peppercorns fragrant

5. Stir-fried bacon and small ingredients

6. Stir fry the cabbage

7. Add seasoning

8. Stir-fry out of the pot

Tips:

1. Tear the cabbage at will, the more tender the better;
2. Bacon can be replaced with pork belly, or left alone;
3. I always keep the peppers in this dish, because my family doesn't eat peppers, so I didn't put them in.
