Shredded Cabbage

Chop the garlic and mince, wash the cabbage and tear it into small pieces by hand.

Heat the pan and add oil, add garlic and saute.

Add the cabbage, stir quickly, add salt, chicken powder, and dried chili.

Stir-fry until soft, and the cabbage can be served.
Tips:
The cabbage has hard parts, so use a knife to pat it down for a quick taste.
I only added a Chaotian pepper, which is slightly spicy. You can put more if you like, the taste will be more fragrant
