I have eaten this dish several times outside, and I like it, and I came back to try it myself. Although it is not so spicy, it is quite fragrant and delicious.

1. Chop the garlic and mince, wash the cabbage and tear it into small pieces by hand.

Tips:

The cabbage has hard parts, so use a knife to pat it down for a quick taste.
I only added a Chaotian pepper, which is slightly spicy. You can put more if you like, the taste will be more fragrant
