Shredded Chicken

Prepare the materials in the picture (half a local chicken, ignore the half-chicken my family had chopped the night before, haha).

Chop ginger, garlic and sand ginger together and set aside.

Cut the green onion and coriander and set aside.

The chicken is cleaned, and the chicken noodles are baked with a proper amount of salt to the touch. Put in a pot under cold water and steam for 20 minutes after being aired.

Let the steamed chicken cool.

Tear into small pieces and put in a container.
