Shredded Chicken with Lettuce and Pepper Oil

Lettuce and carrot slices.

Blanch with hot water until broken to maintain crispness.
3.
Peel the grilled chicken and shred it.
4.
Remove the lettuce and carrots and drain.
5.
Add the shredded chicken and coriander.
6.
Sprinkle with salt, sugar, vinegar, fresh pepper, sesame oil, and sesame oil.
7.
Mix well and serve.
