I remember that when I knew it myself, there was a stall that bought stewed pork on the way from get off work. The taste of stewed pork was very good. I would often buy a pig heart to go home, tear it into shreds, and add some vegetables, such as cucumber, for a dinner.
Now I don’t live in that place for a long time, so I can only make it myself if I want to eat pig heart. It’s actually very simple.

Shredded Cold Pork Heart

1. One pig heart, soak it for a while, and clean it

2. Add water to the soup pot, add the pig's heart, add the onion ginger, star anise, pepper, garlic and other seasonings, and start to simmer

3. After the high heat is boiled, continue to turn to medium and low heat and cook for about 30 minutes until the pork heart is fully cooked.

4. Take the boiled pork heart out and let cool

5. Cool pig heart, torn into filaments by hand

6. Shredded shallots

7. Place the green onion and chili on the pig's heart, sprinkle with a little salt

8. Heat peanut oil and sesame oil in a wok, and pour it on the shredded green onion and chili

9. Just mix well

Tips:

1. There is no need to add salt when marinating, and it is easier to grasp the amount of seasoning when mixing.
2. It is slower to tear by hand, and the same is true for impatient people.
