Shredded Lettuce with Egg Flavor

Peel lettuce, wash and cut into shredded lettuce, peel and cut garlic into shredded garlic.

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add a little water and an appropriate amount of salt to beat them evenly.

Add some fresh vegetables and stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and eat.
Tips:
Salt has been added to the egg mixture. Taste it before turning off the heat. Put a little salt or no salt according to personal preference. My taste is light, so no salt is added.
