Orange zest is a common ingredient in many delicious recipes. I like its unique fragrance and often add it to pastries. Soft brushed bread, tear off a piece, every bite, orange scent spreads in the mouth, especially sweet.

Shredded Orange Bread

1. Put milk, egg liquid, flour in the bread bucket, salt and sugar diagonally, yeast in the middle, and kneading for 20 minutes

2. Add butter and noodles for another 30 minutes

3. Ferment

4. Take out the made dough and let it awake for 15 minutes after exhausting

5. Roll out into a large rectangle and sprinkle with candied orange peel

6. Cut 5 portions with a scraper

7. Overlap

8. Cut into 8 more portions

9. Put it in the mold and ferment

10. Brush the cooked bread dough with egg liquid

11. Preheat the oven, bake up and down at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, cover with tin foil when the color is serious

Tips:

The amount of liquid is based on the water absorption of the home flour, not too wet. Candied orange peel itself is very sweet, so I don't put too much sugar.
