Shredded Pork with Garlic Sauce

Wash the pork, divide it into 3 pieces, put it in the inner pot of the rice cooker, put in water without any ingredients, add green onion, ginger, pepper and aniseed

Tips:
1 Choose the type of pork with lean meat on top of the fat (the tip of the rear buttocks), so that the cooked meat is more fragrant and divided into small pieces to save cooking time
2 Pork belly is also made in this way, and the cooking time is shortened. After cooling, cut it into thin slices and serve with sauce. This is called garlic white pork.
