Shredded Potato Dumplings

Peel the potatoes and set aside the green peppers.

The prepared egg dumplings are the backup master.

Wash the potatoes and green peppers and cut them into thin strips together with the dried red peppers (cut the potatoes and rinse off the starch with water).

Heat up a frying pan, add dried red peppers and stir fry for a fragrant flavor.

Add potato shreds and stir-fry evenly.
6.
Add the prepared egg dumplings.
7.
Add green pepper shreds.

Appropriate amount of salt, just burn it to taste.
