Shredded Squash with Garlic

Wash and shred tender pumpkin. (I use a grater to plan it.)

The garlic can be finely chopped, and you can use more because you need to fry the garlic fragrant.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add garlic diced to low heat and fry the garlic fragrant.

Turn to high heat, add tender pumpkin shreds and stir-fry until water comes out, add salt and chicken essence to cook.
Tips:
Ps: According to your own taste, you can add spicy pepper and dried chili to the seasoning. If you like it fresh, you can add soy sauce. If you like vinegar, you can add vinegar to increase the fragrance. This time I fried garlic, not even the green onions.
