Shrimp and Asparagus Hollow Noodles

Cut the pressed noodles into inch pieces.

Boil water in a pot to cook the noodles.
3.
Put the cooked noodles in ice water and remove them to control the moisture.

Wash the shrimp, peel and remove the shrimp line (can be done while cooking the noodles)

Wash the asparagus and cut into inch pieces.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot, heat to 60% heat, mince the garlic and stir in the pot until fragrant.

Put the shrimp and asparagus in the pot at the same time.

Add light soy sauce and stir fry evenly. (Those who are not happy can omit this step)
9.
When it's 80% mature, add the noodles and season with salt.

Add the right amount of black pepper and stir-fry well and then take it out.
