Shrimp and Cabbage Moss

Pick and wash the cabbage moss to control the water.

Prepare the dried shrimps.
3.
Put a small amount of oil in the wok, and put the shrimp skins in first.
4.
When the shrimp skin is slightly browned, add the cabbage moss.
5.
Stir-fry on high heat until the cabbage moss changes color, add salt and serve.
Tips:
1. Be sure to fire and put salt before starting the pot.
