Shrimp and Corn Rice

Prepare ingredients, shrimp, corn, white rice, shallots and garlic

First peel the shrimp (recommend to remove the black tendons on the back), cut the shrimp into dices according to your preference, then add a drop of cooking wine, a small amount of salt, and a drop of sesame oil, and marinate for about five minutes

Add the oil and crisp the shrimp

Add a small amount of oil, add the ginger and garlic for a few seconds, and then add the corn. Put a little more salt, because rice will be added at the end.

After the corn is fried, pour the shrimp into the pot and stir fry together. Finally, pour in the rice~

Mix and fry for about five minutes, then add a little finely chopped shallot
