Shrimp and Egg Yolk Tofu

To prepare the ingredients, a box of silk tofu, two Japanese tofu sticks, a short piece of carrot, five salted egg yolks, and a little shrimp, corn, green peas.

Dice the carrots, cut the tofu into cubes, and steam the salted egg yolk for later use.

Add appropriate amount of cooking oil to the hot pan, add carrots, green beans, corn kernels and stir fry.

Fry the salted egg yolk in the pan until it is powdery, add black pepper and shrimp, stir fry twice, add water.

After boiling, add salt and chicken essence to taste, then put the tofu into the pot one by one.

Cook for a few minutes to let the tofu taste delicious.

Mix the starch with water and thicken it for later use.

Turn on high heat, slowly add the water starch to the tofu, stir gently, turn off the heat, and sprinkle with chopped green onion after it is out of the pot.
Tips:
The salted egg yolk is best steamed in water before being fried in the pot, so that the fried egg yolk is more delicate.
