Shrimp and Garlic

Marinate the shrimp in cooking wine for half an hour

Wash the garlic yellow and cut into sections for later use
3.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, heat up, add the shrimps, and fry until fragrant until the color changes

Add garlic yellow and stir fry, pour in a small amount of very fresh soy sauce to taste
5.
Stir-fry garlic yellow until soft, sprinkle with salt and cook
Tips:
Garlic yellow is a better cooked ingredient, don’t fry it too late
