A particularly simple side dish. Use seasonal vegetables for greens. Anything is fine. I use chrysanthemum chrysanthemum.
Blanch the vegetables in water, stir-fry the shrimps and pour them on top. Mix them when you eat them. They are very delicious.
As the hot fried fresh dew has a salty taste, it is fine to put a little less salt. Stir-fried fresh dew enhances fragrance and freshness. It is perfect with these two ingredients~
