Shrimp and Tofu

1. Prepare ingredients: Wash the shrimps, marinate them with a little pepper, cooking wine, and salt to remove the fishy taste.

2. A bag of jade tofu.

3. Wash the peas.

4. Cut the carrots into even thick slices.

5. Go to the bag and cut the tofu into thick round slices.

6. Yard on the plate.

7. Put carrot slices on each slice of tofu.

8. Then add the marinated shrimp and peas.

10. Put it all away.

11. Pour in Lee Kum Kee steamed fish soy sauce.

12. Pour water into the steamer and steam for six or seven minutes after the water is boiled.

13. If the soup is too watery, pour the excess soup into the pot and pour a thin layer of water starch.
