Shrimp Balls with Fresh Fruit Salad

Prepare the ingredients. For convenience, I bought small bags of Thousand Island Dressing and Salad Dressing

Peel the Sydney, dragon fruit, and apples. Use a scooping spoon to dig the fruit balls and peel the grapes.

Boil the water in the pot, add shrimps, cooking wine and blanching water

Boil the shrimps in a pot of boiling water until they change color, immediately remove them and soak them in ice water for 20 minutes

Put a bag of Thousand Island Dressing in a bowl and half a bag of Salad Dressing

Tips:
1. Don't blanch the shrimp for too long, otherwise the shrimp will get old.
2. Soak the blanched shrimp in ice water, which will make the shrimp more crispy.
3. When choosing fruits, you can choose seasonal fruits.
