Shrimp Balls with Milk Cheese

Shell the shrimp and open the back, add salt, cooking wine, and pepper to marinate for 15 minutes.

Melt the butter in a hot pan.

Fry the prawns and set aside.

Add milk and cheese, and stir-fry until the cheese is melted.
5.
Add ½ spoon of salt and 1 spoon of white sugar to taste.
6.
Re-enter the prawn balls and stir-fry.
