Shrimp Cauliflower

Wash the shrimps and soak them in water to soften them.

Peel the carrots and cut into small pieces.
3.
Wash the cauliflower, cut into small flowers, and soak in light salt water.

Wash the green pepper and cut into small pieces. (Forgot to take pictures)

Heat up the oil pan and stir-fry the shrimps.
6.
Add the carrots and fry for 1 minute.
7.
Add cauliflower and stir-fry, pour 2 tablespoons of water and cook for 3 minutes. (Stir fry halfway to heat it evenly)
8.
Add green pepper, salt, sugar and chicken essence and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
9.
A little color is more attractive.
