Shrimp Curry Fish Noodle

Remove the shrimp head and shrimp thread, peel off the shrimp shell, leave the shrimp head and shrimp meat for later use;

Carrots and potatoes are peeled, washed, and cut into small pieces;

Boil the shrimp in boiling water and set aside;
