Shrimp in Soup

Wash the live shrimp and trim off the spikes on the head.

Wash the pickled vegetables, green and red peppers, slice the bacon for later use.

Pour the oil in the pot and heat it up, add the green and red peppers to taste.

Add bacon and continue to sauté.
5.
Stir fry with pickled vegetables to taste.
6.
Add water to boil and cook for a while, add live shrimp.
7.
Dahuo cooks the prawns for seasoning, turn off the heat and leave them on the stove for a while to let the prawns taste.
8.
Put it out of the pot and serve it on the plate.
