Shrimp in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients: Green Shrimp

Cut off the shrimp silk, shrimp arrow, and pick the shrimp thread.

Mince the ginger.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the minced ginger over low heat.

Put in the spare green prawns.

When cooking the cooking wine, you can use more, and the shrimp will be simmered through the evaporation of the cooking wine.

Tips:
1. The shrimp can be processed in sections, or the head can be removed. I took the lead in doing it, because the red oil will be brighter after the first stir-fry.
2. It can be seasoned with tomato sauce only, and thicken it; you can also add a little water to thicken it.
3. The prawns should be stir-fried quickly to make the taste tender.
