Shrimp Konjac

Prepare the ingredients

Soak the konjac in water for about one or two hours; remove the head and tail of the shrimp, remove the shrimp thread, and clean it for later use; cut the leek into sections.

Blanch the konjac

Shrimps are diced and marinated with ginger powder and cooking wine.

Stir the scallion, ginger, garlic in a wok with oil, add the shrimp and fry

Add konjac and stir fry

Add leeks and salt and stir fry
8.
Add the hot fry fresh dew before serving, and stir well.
Tips:
Soak konjac in water to remove part of the alkali taste
