Shrimp Millet Sushi
1.
Cook a pot of rice in a 1:4 ratio of millet to rice.

Prepare some shrimps and fry them with sunflower oil.
3.
Spread the rice mixed with millet on the seaweed slices.
4.
Serve with sliced meat and fried shrimps.
5.
Use bamboo rolls to shape the sushi rolls.

The sushi is cut into pieces and the orange is sliced for decoration~~~~~
Tips:
When making sushi, don’t put too much rice in it to avoid leakage when it is rolled.
When cooking rice, add more water so that the rice is sticky and can stick to the seaweed sheet.
You can squeeze the orange juice on the sushi, it will have an unexpected flavor!
