Wash and peel the small potatoes.

Put some cooking wine in a bowl, and marinate with salt and white pepper.

Pour a little olive oil into the pot, add the shrimps and fry them.

Wash the cucumber and cut into small pieces.

The eggs are cooked and cut into small pieces.

Put cooked shrimp and cucumber in a bowl, sprinkle some black pepper.

Then add eggs and potatoes, squeeze Thousand Island sauce and lemon juice.

Just mix well.
Tips:
The ingredients in it are according to your own preferences. Generally, you can use salad dressing. My family just ran out of it, so I used Thousand Island dressing.
