Shrimp Powder

Take out the dried shrimp skins and thaw them.

Wash the shrimp skin three times with clean water, or more. Lighten up the salty taste.

After washing, wring out the water, spread it on a baking tray at 100 degrees for 30 minutes and bake until the shrimp skin is crushed as soon as it is pinched.

The baked shrimp skin can be put into a food processor or a machine for squeezing soy milk.

The crushed shrimp skin powder is filtered and canned.

Shrimp skin is a good calcium supplement for babies. I made it for my daughter. This amount is the flour made from all the shrimp skins.
