Shrimp, Scallops, Tomato and Vegetable Noodles

Heat oil in a pan, add tomatoes after the oil temperature rises, add a little salt, and fry a thick tomato paste.

Tips:
Remember to add salt when sautéing tomatoes so that the soup will be thicker.
