Use a small pot and add water. Don't add as much water as you usually do when you cook noodles! Because water and noodles are eaten together! When the water is boiled, put the wakame, cook for about a minute, tear the cabbage, then put the shrimp, and finally the bottom! Cook together, turn off the heat when the noodles are cooked, just add some salt! There is no need to add anything to the umami taste of wakame and shrimp. This is my method. If you like spicy food, you can add your own favorite condiments! Green onions, ginger, garlic, sauce, vinegar, sugar, that's just your own taste! I still like the original flavor of this noodle
