Shrimp Seaweed Congee
1.
Peel the prawns with a knife on the back and wash, so that the shrimp threads are removed at once. Wash the choy sum and cut into small sections, and slice the ginger.
2.
This is the white porridge in the morning. (Because I eat it alone, I only make one serving of water and boil it). Add more water, because I will add seaweed at the end, add some cooking oil, and bring a few slices of ginger to boil. If you want to eat a soft and rotten one and cook for a longer time, put the greens short when it's almost done, boil soft and put the shrimp on it, add a small amount of salt and turn off the heat until the shrimp is cooked.
3.
Put the seaweed in the pot and mix well. A bowl of porridge is as soft as sweet.
