Shrimp Skin and Green Onion Stewed Egg

Break the eggs, and then filter them through the strainer several times.

Soak a large handful of shrimp skins in 40 degrees warm water, add chopped green onions and soak for 5 minutes.

Take another bowl, pour in warm water that is twice the volume of the egg liquid, add a little salt, a few drops of cooking wine, a spoonful of light soy sauce, and then mix the two bowls of liquid. After mixing, the water is about 4 times the egg liquid.
