Yuzi tofu cut into 2 cm thick pieces

Rinse the dried shrimps with water

Carrots peeled and sliced

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add the shrimp skins and stir fry until fragrant

Finally, add yuzi tofu

Add a tablespoon of oyster sauce

Tips:
Yuzi tofu is very fragile. Don’t stir it hard when you cook it. Of course, you can also pat dry starch and fry until golden on both sides before simmering in the pot. I was lazy and removed this step.
