Shrimp Tofu Soup

Peel the shells of the shrimp, put a little oil in the pot, put the chopped green onion in the pot and stir fry, stir-fry the shells in the pot, add water to boil.

Remove the shrimp shells, set aside the soup, pour in the chopped lactone tofu, and bring to a boil.

Pour the shrimps and bring to a boil.

Add fermented vegetables and season with salt.

Finally, pour in the starch, add more starch, the soup must be thicker and more starch, and boil.

Out of the pot! My favorite, but I don’t eat green onions, hahaha, or sprinkle a little green onions, it’s super beautiful.
