Shrimp with Scallion and Red Sauce

Remove the grass prawns, wash and drain, cut the scallions into sections; put the oil in a pot to heat, add the grass prawns and fry until fragrant;

Stir-fry the grass prawns, then add the shallots and sauté until fragrant, and put in the premium gold-label light soy sauce;
3.
Then add cooking wine and salt, stir-fry evenly to get out of the pot
Tips:
Use a toothpick to pass through the middle of the back of the shrimp and lift it up to easily remove the shrimp thread.
