Shuixin Xuanbing

Prepare the ingredients first, soak the salted cherry blossoms to remove the salty taste. Weigh 7 grams of white jelly and 250ml of boiling water.

Pour boiling water into the white jelly and stir well.

Add three spoons of syrup and stir well.

Pour into the mold.

Put the soaked cherry blossoms.

Cover the mold and use a small funnel to fill the remaining liquid mixture. Put the stopper (close tightly when covering the mold)

Keep it at room temperature until it is not hot to the touch, and put it in the refrigerator.

After freezing for about fifteen minutes, it can be demoulded and used!
Tips:
If you want to be more flexible, you can increase the amount of white jelly. If you want to be softer, increase the amount of boiling water.
Be careful of boiling water.
