[sichuan] Matcha Cranberry Cake

Prepare ingredients: low-gluten flour, matcha powder, eggs, corn oil, milk, caster sugar, cranberries, Xuechu golden 12 continuous mold Kluli non-stick cake mold;

Cranberry chopped and set aside;

Mix low-gluten flour and matcha powder through a fine sieve twice;
4.
Mix milk with corn oil and mix well;
5.
Mix the eggs with sugar; beat with an electric whisk in warm water, and the whisk will have a clear figure of 8 when it is lifted;

Pour in low-gluten flour and matcha powder;
7.
Use a spatula to mix up and down evenly;

Add milk and corn oil;

Turn up and down again to mix evenly;
10.
I use Xuechu Golden 12-mold Kluli non-stick cake mold, so I don’t need to grease it;

Sprinkle cranberries on the bottom of the mold;

Pour the batter 8 minutes full, and shake it gently on the table a few times;

After preheating the oven at 180 degrees, place the mold in the middle of the oven and bake for 30 minutes;

After the procedure is over, remove the mold and the matcha cranberry cake can be easily demolded.
Tips:
1. I use Xuechu Golden 12-mold Keluli non-stick cake mold, so I don't need to grease it;
2. If you don't have matcha powder, you don't need it, just increase the amount of low-gluten flour to 225g;
3. Corn oil can be replaced by butter;
