Sichuan Salted Spiced Peanuts

Soak the peanuts in water

Wash off the sand on the peanut surface

Prepare spices (star anise, fennel seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon, grass fruit, San Nai), dried chilies, peppercorns and salt

Pour the washed peanuts into the pot, add water to submerge the peanuts, pour in the spices, dried chili and peppercorns

Add salt

Bring to a high heat and turn to medium heat, 40 minutes
