Sichuan Soft Tofu

Prepare the green onion, ginger and garlic, mince all.

Prepare minced meat.

Start to blanch the soft tofu and remove it to control the moisture.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Set aside the fragrant minced ginger and garlic, add the bean paste, chopped pepper sauce, spicy and fresh, fish seasoning, and slowly fry the red oil on low heat.

Add minced meat and fry over high heat.

Pour in an appropriate amount of water and grill it.

Put in the prepared tofu, boil it gently with a spatula, add a small amount of chicken essence to taste.

For the finished picture, add chopped green onions from the pot.
Tips:
You can add a little water starch when harvesting the juice.
