[sichuan] Spiced Hairtail
1.
Remove the head and gills of the hairtail, then cut off the fins, and then cut the hairtail into the same length;
2.
After the hairtail is washed, wipe off the water and add an appropriate amount of salt;
3.
Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine;
4.
Add an appropriate amount of five-spice powder and pepper;
5.
Add sliced ginger, sliced garlic, and green onion, stir well, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours;
6.
Adjust the temperature of the air fryer to 200 degrees and preheat for 5 minutes;
7.
Spread tin foil in the frying basket and put in the hairtail section;
8.
Brush in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, close the frying basket, and adjust the time to 15 minutes; take out the frying basket halfway, turn the hairtail over, and brush a layer of vegetable oil;
9.
When the air fryer prompt sound (cooking end prompt) sounds, take out the frying basket and put the fish on the plate.
Tips:
1. If there is no air fryer, you can use a wok or frying pan, but you need to put more oil;
2. If you make this dish in the traditional way, the hairtail needs to be wrapped in some wet starch, so that it tastes better;
3. My hairtail is relatively small, so I didn't draw a knife on the hairtail;
