Spicy tofu in Sichuan, I bought a box of spicy tofu seasoning when I bought Sichuan bean paste last time. It tastes great, and the spicy is just right. It is the best for those of us who don't eat heavy spicy tofu.

Sichuan Spicy Tofu

1. First cut the tofu into small pieces

2. Prepare water starch, chopped green onion and spicy tofu seasoning

3. Hot pot pour oil

4. Put the seasoning in warm oil to explode the fragrance

5. Add boiling water

6. Pour in tofu, cover and cook until tasty

7. Then open it and add sugar to taste

8. Add chicken essence

9. Add water starch to boil and turn off the heat

10. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve

Tips:

The seasoning for this dish is ready-made, so in many respects, add sugar to enhance the flavor and chicken essence to enhance the umami.
