Sichuan Style Steamed Pork

Cut the pork belly into 5 mm wide slices.

Put the seasoning in a bowl.

Stir well.
4.
Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 4 hours.
5.
Wash the carrots and cut into pieces with a hob.
6.
Wash the sweet potatoes, peel them and cut into pieces with a hob.
7.
Put it into the bottom of a large bowl.
8.
Put the homemade steamed pork rice noodles into the marinated pork belly.
9.
Grab evenly.
10.
Put it on top of sweet potatoes.
11.
Put it in the steamer.
12.
Steam on cold water for an hour.
Tips:
The bottom vegetables can also be replaced with other ---- potatoes, glutinous rice, beans and so on.
