[sichuan] Twice-cooked Pork

1. Prepare ingredients: cut green garlic into sections, smoke dry slices, shred ginger, and slice garlic.

2. Slice the pork belly and fry over low heat.

3. Add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
