Prepare the ingredients: soak the red beans 2 hours in advance. Soak the dried longan for 30 minutes in advance.

Wash the red dates and peanuts. The peanuts should be red skinned to replenish blood.

I cook the red beans for 20 minutes first, and then add other ingredients, because I like the taste of red beans that make the sand.

Cook on medium heat for 40 minutes, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

The red beans are already out of the sand. Drink it while it is warm for the best effect (although it can be used as a dessert when iced, it is best not to drink it cold, which is not good for the spleen and stomach and will accelerate aging)
