After the raisin scones, the second dish is made-Ximeisco. Last time I made Prune Prunes, there was a little dried prunes left. Because it was too sour, it was kept at home without anyone to eat, so I put it now. . . This time being a Scon, I can use up part of it again O(∩_∩)O haha~

Simescon

1. Sift low-gluten flour and baking powder. Add white granulated sugar and frozen hard butter cubes. Use your hands to slowly knead into corn kernels

2. Add the whole egg liquid and milk. Slowly mix into dough. Soak the dried prunes overnight, take out the seeds, put them in the dough, put them in the refrigerator to chill and relax for 30 minutes

3. Take the dough out and roll it out to a thickness of 1cm. Print out the pattern with a mold. Put on the baking tray

4. Brush a layer of whole egg liquid. Preheat the oven at 190 degrees, and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes

5. After baking, you can simmer for a while

6. Take it out and let it cool

7. Take a look
